As a housewarming gift, I decided to offer a session to one of my favorite girl moms after she and her husband poured her heart, soul, blood and sweat into their fixer-upper. The home and the family are both beautifully stewarded and I love being with them!

Crackling leaves behind our feet, giddy childlike squeals and the warmth of golden hour made a perfect recipe for the sweetest photo with this family.

Tara came to North Carolina for a long visit and we did a mini session in my newly decorated guest bedroom. This family means the world to me and I enjoy every second I get to spend with them!

I was introduced to this family by a dear friend, and I’m so glad to have ended my season as a photographer in Sacramento with them! The tones, the light, the naturally magical nuances…everything photographer dreams are made of.

When I met Sarah, I was immediately drawn to the peace that was around her. She is someone who sees you, who listens with intentionality. She and her hubby are amazing parents to Moriah and now baby Leah. It’s been a joy to watch their family grow and to see the joy & purpose of the Lord woven in their story.

Julie has been a dear friend of mine since fourth grade! What a fun time in our lives - seeing each other grow in love, settle down, buy houses….so much more to come! Her and her husband Nick (and doggie Hunter) were so lovely to photograph! They bought a new home this year and you can tell that love & intentionality was poured into every room and detail.

I love being part of documenting this family’s legacy. Welome, baby Luka.

To know the Takata’s is to adore them! What a beautiful crew. I have known Hannah + Blake since elementary school and it was really fun to seem them “all grown up” with a family! This session was nothing short of amazing - the subjects, the view, the outfits….love it all.
