We do not issue returns. All gifts are carefully sealed and packaged, along with lots of fragile stamps on the outside. We are not responsible for how USPS employees or any other carriers treat our packages. However, we do care about your recipient. Please notify us within 5 days if something arrived damaged and we will do our best to resolve the issue. Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded.
