LOCATION:

On a beautiful private property in Concord, NC.

HOW TO BOOK:

  1. Please see the available dates below to schedule a date and time that works best for yourself or your family,

  2. Shoot me a message using the form below, and

  3. Pay the non-refundable retainer of $175.00 to VENMO (@jillian-gorman-3) to reserve your session date. The 2nd payment will be due the date of your session. We can talk location after booking!

PHOTOGRAPHY AGREEMENT

By booking your appointment, you are agreeing to the following:

1. Retainer and Payment. The client will be required to make a retainer of 50% in order to reserve the services of Jillian Gorman Photography for the specified portrait session. The remaining balance is due on the date of the portrait session. Balance must be paid in full before receiving the images.

2. Cancellation. If client cancels this agreement 30 or more days prior before the scheduled portrait date, any retainer paid to Jillian Gorman Photography  will be refunded in full. If the client cancels within 15 days of the portrait date, the 50% retainer will not be refunded. If client needs to reschedule for a different date, Jillian Gorman Photography will do her best to accommodate based on her availability within a 2 week period. If no dates are available, Jillian Gorman Photography will keep the retainer. 

3. Copyright and productions. Jillian Gorman Photography  owns the copyright to all images taken.

4. Images. Client may obtain prints for personal use only and cannot resell prints. If the client desires to use for a newspaper announcement, editorial use or other commercial website, written permission from Jillian Gorman Photography must be obtained. 

5. Failure to perform. If for any reason Jillian Gorman Photography  cannot perform this agreement due to illness, accident, any acts of God or other cause beyond our control, then we will return the retainer of 50% but will have no other further liability with respect to this agreement. This limitation also applies in the event that photography materials are damaged in processing, lost through camera malfunction, or otherwise lost/damaged, Jillian Gorman Photography will only be liable for the cost of the total order. 

6. Pricing. The charges in this agreement are based on Jillian Gorman Photography's standard price list. The price list is adjusted periodically and future orders shall be charged at the prices in effect at the time the order is placed.
